Thank you to the students, faculty, and staff who completed NJIT’s first-ever Campus Climate Survey and supported our collective effort to build a more respectful and inclusive environment for all. We appreciate those who were able to attend the Town Hall event that took place on April 14, 2022.

Rankin & Associates is conducting virtual forums with small groups of faculty, staff, and students to discuss their suggestions to improve NJIT, based on the survey results. The outcomes of these conversations will better enable NJIT to both develop programs and policies that will increase inclusivity in areas deemed to be problematic and enhance current programs and policies in areas that are successfully meeting the needs of the community.
Students who may not have participated in a virtual forum may offer suggestions to improve NJIT.
